Careers
Four ways in. All of them open now.
Haulers, escorts, brokers and traders. A short form, a talk with the Board, then you fly.
Open positions
What each role does.
And what HQ and the desktop app give it.
Logistics
Hauler
Move cargo between Stanton, Pyro and Nyx on routes planned on current prices and checked before you load.
What you get
- Route, loop and run planners on live prices
- The desktop app and its in-game overlay: your run, your timers and SOS one key away
- An escort on request for a valuable run, the fee agreed up front
Escort & Security
Escort
Fly cover for haulers on valuable runs, from loading to the last crate unloaded.
What you get
- Paid escort contracts: the fee is agreed when you take the job and paid after delivery
- The run's stages shared with the hauler, in HQ and in the app
- The radar and our hazard reports: where the trouble was this week
Hermaion Brokers
Broker
Hold both sides of a deal inside an armistice zone: the goods from the seller, the aUEC from the buyer. Check the goods, then complete both sides.
What you get
- Half of every broker fee is your pay; the rest goes into the Hermaion Guarantee fund
- Every deal on the record, with the Board behind you if one goes wrong
- The trust of both sides, which is the whole job
Hermaion Exchange
Trader
Buy and sell in-game goods with other players, with a broker in the middle when the stakes are high.
What you get
- The Exchange: what members offer and what they look for
- Brokered deals in escrow, backed by the Hermaion Guarantee
- Commodity prices with 90 days of history, and the weekly market report
How to join
Three steps, the first takes two minutes.
Apply here
Join our Discord, sign in with it and tell us about yourself in a short form. Our open events are open to you from the first minute.
Talk with the Board
Pick a time that suits you for a short talk on Discord. The Board then admits you as a Junior Associate and HQ opens.
Fly your first run
Install the desktop app, pick a loop on current prices and fly it, with an escort if the route calls for one.
New pilots welcome; we teach. Most of us fly European evenings.
Ranks and reputation
A rank for your role. A tier for your record.
Ranks
- Junior AssociateWhere most start, once the Board admits them. HQ and the desktop app open then.
- AssociateEarned by record, not by tenure.
- Senior AssociateEarned the same way: by record.
- ManagerLeads the work and admits new members.
- DirectorAnswers for every contract, with the partners.
The Board leads the company: a seat held on top of a rank, voted in unanimously by the members already seated.
Reputation tiers
