Reputation

Every associate has a standing. Tier 0 to 5.

Hermaion keeps track of who delivers. Each associate holds a reputation tier, earned from what our systems already record: work done, trade done cleanly, money settled on time. Higher tiers carry more trust, and more benefits.

The tiers

Six steps, one score.

A score from 0 to 1,000 sets the tier. Every new associate starts at 500, Tier 1. The Board and Directors always hold Tier 5.

Our brokers carry the company's whole name, so only associates at Tier 4, Distinguished or above broker deals.

How it moves

Earned by the work. Lost by debts.

What raises it

Doing the work: Delivering contracts, flying escorts, completing jobs, answering distress calls, crewing.
Trading cleanly: Deals finished on the Exchange, hand-overs without fault, a thumbs up from the other side.
Settling on time: Payouts to colleagues, loans repaid before they are due, dues and cover shares paid.

What lowers it

Money left owing: An unpaid payout, an overdue loan or unpaid dues counts in full until it is settled.
Faults: A Guarantee claim found at your fault, a broker failure, a deal called off after agreeing it.
Conduct: Misconduct recorded by the Board, and above all dishonest dealing with the company or a colleague.

On the record

Moves and actions, in the open.

Tier moves are public: the name and the tiers, never the score. So are the Board's disciplinary actions, with the reason as written, because actions have consequences. A withdrawn action stays here, marked.

Fair by design

It follows how you work now.

Old events fade. Each one counts half after 120 days, so a rough month is not held against you forever, and a good one does not carry you forever either.
Nothing can be farmed. Each kind of work counts up to a limit. Debts and faults weigh heavier, with no limit.
Visible, but discreet. Your tier shows as a role in our Discord server, and its moves are announced. Your score is yours and the Board's alone, with what moved it and how to raise it.
