What HQ keeps about guests, and for how long.

Hermaion HQ is run by players for the Hermaion Corporation, a Star Citizen organisation. This notice is for guests who trade on the Hermaion Exchange. It is short on purpose.

What we keep

Only what a brokered deal needs.

From Discord, when you sign in
Your Discord user id, your display name and your picture. We never see your password or your email address.
When you start
When you became a client, that you confirmed you are 18 or over and accepted the Exchange's rules (with the time and the rules' version), and the invite code you used, if any.
Your offers and answers
What you offer or look for, the price, the system, and any note you wrote.
Your deals
The goods, the price and its declared value, the other trader and the broker, each hand-over step with its time, disputes, Guarantee claims and thumbs up. Your record (deals done, disputes, client since) is worked out from them.
Hand-over details
On a live deal: the meeting place, each leg's time and place, and the one-time hand-over code.

Nothing else: no payment details (the Exchange is in-game only, never real money), no tracking cookies, no IP addresses. HQ sets one cookie to keep you signed in. Public pages are counted per page and day, never per person.

Who sees it

Your record is public on the board. The rest is not.

How long

Hand-over details go when the dispute window closes.

Deletion

Delete your account yourself, at any time.

Signed in as a guest, open Your record and choose Delete my client account. Your Discord id, name and picture leave HQ, your offers leave the board and the hand-over details of your deals are cleared. Live deals and open claims have to be finished first, because the broker and the other trader depend on them.

For a copy of what HQ holds about you, a correction, or anything else about your data, ask Hermaion's Board in our Discord.
